What should I pay attention to during delivery?

Be sure to check whether there is a problem by opening your cargo with the cargo officer. When you detect any problem, do not take delivery of the cargo by keeping a report with the cargo officer. If the cargo officer does not allow you to check the package during delivery, please contact us by calling 0 212 863 44 66 with the officer.

With which shipping company will my order be delivered?

Your products will be sent to you by Yurtiçi cargo company.

Which cities are the products delivered to?

Product delivery is made to all points of Turkey except TRNC. If there is no cargo agency in your location, the product will be delivered to you on certain days of the week.

Can I order from abroad?

No. Currently, we do not accept overseas orders.


Can I place an order from abroad to be distributed in Turkey? Can I send my order from Turkey abroad?

Your orders from all countries abroad will be distributed in Turkey. Orders from Turkey can only be distributed within Türkiye.

How much is the shipping fee? How do I pay?

· The shipping fee is added to the order subtotal and the total cost you will pay is shown to you. For online payments with Credit Card, money order / EFT, the shipping fee varies between 7/10 TL depending on the cargo company you choose.

In addition to the shipping fee, 5.00 TL payment at the door service fee will be charged to your orders in cash on delivery and delivery with a credit card option at the door. For payments at the door, the invoice and delivery address must be the same.


When will my order arrive?

Orders placed after 14:00 on weekdays are processed the next day, and orders placed after 13:30 on Fridays are processed on Monday.

· Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery time is variable in case of natural disaster, war, fire, terror etc.

· Your order will be sent to the delivery address you have chosen.


What should I do when there is a delay in delivery?

If the shipping time of your order has exceeded 10 business days, send an e-mail to info@dropbyorganics.com stating your name and order number, and you will be informed about your order as soon as possible. Feel free to share any questions you never to us.

  What happens if there is no one at the address during delivery?

The courier will leave you a news form with the phone number of the courier company. You need to call the cargo company and get information within 3 working days following the release of the news form.

What should I do if I encounter problems arising from the delivery?

Please check whether the package is damaged in the deliveries we make with the cargo company we have contracted with. If the package is damaged, open it with the cargo company representative and check it. Do not forget that after the product is received, it is assumed that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty. If the product is damaged, do not take delivery and make a report to the cargo company representative. As soon as we receive the damaged product information, the new product will be sent to your shipping address.

What should I do if my order is missing from the cargo?

Check the products you ordered by comparing them with the waybill at the time of delivery. Please contact us when you encounter a missing or faulty product.

My bill was not delivered with my order. What should I do?

Orders delivered by courier are delivered to the courier company with an invoice. If your invoice did not arrive by cargo, request your invoice from the cargo company.
